Bev is an accomplished litigator, negotiator, and trial counsel with extensive experience representing a variety of businesses in complex litigation. Prior to co-founding Randles & Splittgerber, Bev served as a product liability litigator at Kansas City’s largest law firm. In this role, she represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and defended cases across the country.

In her current practice, Bev uses her national litigation expertise, combined with her experience with transactional, contract, and business counseling, to represent businesses on matters ranging from contract negotiation to representation at trial.

Bev is also an accomplished legal writer and her appellate briefs have led to numerous positive outcomes for clients at the appellate level. Outside of the courtroom, Bev regularly advises corporations and professionals on how to structure companies to accomplish their goals while also reducing litigation risks.

Bev has appeared before various federal and state courts throughout the nation and practiced law across many jurisdictions. In particular, she has a lengthy track record of success in a wide range of matters in federal and state courts in Missouri, including victories in jury trials. Most recently, Bev was appointed to serve as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee of In re Dicamba Herbicides Litigation representing the interests of farmers across the country. This litigation resulted in a $400 million settlement, the largest settlement in Missouri in 2020, and compensated farmers for crop losses due to dicamba herbicide injury. Bev also served as trial counsel in the only dicamba case in the nation to proceed to trial – Bader Farms v. Monsanto Co. and BASF Corp. That trial resulted in a $265 million jury verdict, the largest in Missouri in 2020.

Outside of the office, Bev is active in the political community. She was a member of the Missouri Club for Growth from 2010 until April 2015, serving as chair of the organization for the last two years. She is a former member of the Missouri Advisory Council to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and formerly served on the executive committee of the National Federation of Pachyderm Clubs. Bev currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Committee for Liberty Political Action Committee.
